Sept. 19: Senior Kickoff This workshop provides a month-by-month roadmap of application deadlines, financial aid dates, scholarship timelines, testing and other milestones to help students stay organized and stress free. Oct. 10: College Applications Made Simple Students will learn how to navigate application platforms, organize required materials, void common mistakes and create a personalized application timeline to stay on schedule. Nov. 14: FAFSA & Financial Aid Without the Confusion This session explains the FAFSA process, financial aid terminology, grants, loans, work-study and other funding options so students and families can make informed decisions. Dec. 12: Winning Scholarships Students will learn strategies for writing stronger scholarship essays, preparing for interviews and presenting themselves with confidence throughout the application process. Jan. 16: Comparing College Financial Aid Offers Students and families will learn how to compare award letters, understand the true cost of attendance, identify hidden expenses and determine which college offers the best overall financial fit. Feb. 20: Your Digital Footprint Matters What you post today can influence college admissions, scholarships, employment opportunities, and your future reputation. Students will learn how to build a positive online presence, avoid common social media mistakes, manage their digital footprint, and use technology in ways that reflect the person they want colleges and employers to see. Mar. 13: Preparing for College Life Students will learn about college expectations, time management, budgeting, campus resources, roommate relationships and strategies for making a successful transition after graduation. Apr. 17: Avoiding Senior Slump It's easy to lose motivation once college decisions have been made, but senior year still matters. Students will learn how to maintain strong grades, finish high school successfully, avoid common pitfalls and protect college admissions and scholarship offers. May 15: Scholarships Still Available During Summer Graduation isn't the end of scholarship opportunities. Students will discover scholarships that remain available after graduation, learn how to continue searching throughout the summer, and leave with practical resources to help reduce college costs before classes begin.

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing DMW Educational Consulting Services. To ensure a smooth and equitable experience for all participants, please review the following policies: 1. One-on-One Consulting Sessions Booking: All one-on-one sessions must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session Requests made within 24 hours of the session will result in the session being non-refundable No-shows will be considered forfeited sessions and are non-refundable Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Additional time will not be extended 2. The Grade Level (9th, 10th, 11th and 12th Grade) Workshop Booking Policy All sessions must be booked in advance through the website. Each session is limited to 50 participants to ensure an engaging and personalized experience. A confirmed booking secures your seat for that session. Payment must be completed at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Registration will close once capacity is reached. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a session is canceled by DMW Educational Consulting Services, participants will receive either: A full refund, or The option to transfer to a future session. Waitlist Policy Once a session reaches capacity, students may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, individuals on the waitlist will be notified in the order they joined. Waitlisted participants will have a limited time window to claim the open seat before it is offered to the next person. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot in the session. Participation Expectations Students are expected to log in on time and remain present for the full session. Cameras must be on and visible for the duration of the session to support engagement and community building. Active participation is encouraged to maximize the experience. Respectful communication and behavior are required at all times.
