Sept. 12: Your Most Important Year Students will learn how grades, course rigor, leadership, extracurricular activities & standardized testing work together to build a strong college application. Oct. 3: Building Your College List Creating a balanced college list is about finding schools that are the right academic, financial, & personal fit. Students will learn how to research colleges, compare admission requirements, explore majors and build a list that includes "reach, match & likely" schools. Nov. 7: SAT, ACT & Test-Optional Admissions This workshop breaks down current admission policies, testing strategies & how students can determine the best testing plan based on their individual college goals. Dec. 5: Scholarships: Finding Thousands of Dollars Scholarships aren't just for seniors and waiting until the last minute can mean missing valuable opportunities. Students will learn where to find scholarships, how to stay organized and strategies that help maximize scholarship opportunities. Jan. 9: College Visits That Matter A college visit is more than a campus tour. It's an opportunity to determine if a school fits your goals and interests. Students will learn what questions to ask, what to observe & how to make the most of both in-person and virtual campus visits. Feb. 6: Letters of Recommendation Strong letters of recommendation come from meaningful relationships and thoughtful preparation. Students will learn who to ask, when to ask and how to provide teachers, counselors, coaches or employers with the information they need to write compelling recommendations. Mar. 6: Personal Statement Bootcamp Your personal statement is your opportunity to tell the story behind your achievements. Students will learn how to choose meaningful topics, avoid common mistakes, and begin drafting an essay that reflects their authentic voice and experiences. Apr. 10: Summer Before Senior Year The summer before senior year is one of the most productive times in the college application process. Students will develop a plan to complete college applications, write essays, visit campuses, prepare scholarship materials and stay ahead before the school year begins. May 8: Junior Year Action Plan The end of junior year is the perfect time to organize everything needed for a successful senior year. Students will leave with a personalized action plan that outlines summer goals, application timelines, scholarship deadlines, testing plans & key milestones for their senior year.

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing DMW Educational Consulting Services. To ensure a smooth and equitable experience for all participants, please review the following policies: 1. One-on-One Consulting Sessions Booking: All one-on-one sessions must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session Requests made within 24 hours of the session will result in the session being non-refundable No-shows will be considered forfeited sessions and are non-refundable Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Additional time will not be extended 2. The Grade Level (9th, 10th, 11th and 12th Grade) Workshop Booking Policy All sessions must be booked in advance through the website. Each session is limited to 50 participants to ensure an engaging and personalized experience. A confirmed booking secures your seat for that session. Payment must be completed at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Registration will close once capacity is reached. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a session is canceled by DMW Educational Consulting Services, participants will receive either: A full refund, or The option to transfer to a future session. Waitlist Policy Once a session reaches capacity, students may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, individuals on the waitlist will be notified in the order they joined. Waitlisted participants will have a limited time window to claim the open seat before it is offered to the next person. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot in the session. Participation Expectations Students are expected to log in on time and remain present for the full session. Cameras must be on and visible for the duration of the session to support engagement and community building. Active participation is encouraged to maximize the experience. Respectful communication and behavior are required at all times.
